What is Grubbiee?
Grubbiee is a food-cart discovery and ordering app for Goa. It shows the food carts and trucks around you on a map, lets you order ahead, and you collect the food yourself from the cart when it's ready.
Does Grubbiee deliver?
No. Grubbiee is click-and-collect: you order on the app and walk up to the cart to collect. There's no rider and no delivery charge, and your food goes straight from the person who cooked it to you.
How do I pay?
Choose Pay at the cart when you order and pay the vendor when you collect. The app shows exactly how much to pay, after any Grubbiee Coins you used.
Can I choose when to pick up?
Yes. Pick ASAP, or a pickup time 10, 15 or 20 minutes out, and the vendor prepares your order for then.
Can I cancel an order?
You have 20 seconds after placing an order to cancel it in the app. After that it's with the vendor, so please contact the cart directly. If a vendor declines your order, you're told straight away, and any coins you used go back to your wallet.

We're starting in Goa, and more carts are joining all the time. Open the app and the map shows every Grubbiee cart within the distance you choose.
Grubbiee Coins
How do I earn Grubbiee Coins?
After you collect an order, rate the cart in the app. You earn 1 coin for every ₹1 the order was worth, credited when you submit your rating. New accounts also get 200 welcome coins.
What are coins worth?
100 coins take ₹1 off an order. Coins aren't cash and can't be withdrawn; they can only be used on Grubbiee orders.
When can I use my coins?
Once your wallet holds 600 coins or more. On any one order you can use up to 60% of the coins in your wallet. In your cart, switch on Use Grubbiee Coins and the app shows the discount before you place the order.
Why didn't an order earn coins?
Coins are earned only on collected orders that you rate, and orders where you paid with coins don't earn new ones. Cancelled and declined orders don't earn coins.
Do coins reduce what the vendor earns?
No. Grubbiee pays the vendor the value of any coins you use, so the cart always earns its full menu price.
For vendors
How do I list my food cart or truck on Grubbiee?
Register at app.grubbiee.com with your mobile number, add your cart's details, location and menu, then upload your Aadhaar card and FSSAI certificate. Once we approve your cart, you can open and start taking orders.
Do I need a separate device to take orders?
No. The Grubbiee vendor portal runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. New orders appear live with a sound, and you accept or decline with one tap.
Can customers see my menu when I'm closed?
You control it. Mark your cart open or closed, and switch off any dish that's sold out; customers only order what you can serve.
How am I paid for orders where customers used coins?
Grubbiee pays you the coin amount directly, to the bank account or UPI ID you add in the portal. You always receive your full menu price.
App, safety and privacy
Is Grubbiee on the Play Store?
Not yet. For now you can download the Android app directly from grubbiee.com/download. Only install Grubbiee from this website.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Grubbiee is on Android first.
Do vendors or other users see my phone number?
No. Vendors see your name on an order, not your phone number or email. Other customers only see your first name, last initial and photo, and only people you accept as followers see the dishes and carts you like.
How do I update the app?
Download the latest APK from the download page and install it over the old one. Your account, orders and coins are kept.
